Easy Homemade Popsicles

Popsicles are the perfect summertime treat to cool you down on a hot day! Do you have a favorite slushy or smoothie recipe? Just pour into a Popsicle mold or ice tray, freeze and enjoy. Try one of our favorite fruit and herb pops, then let us know which one you family liked the most!

Strawberry Coconut Chocolate Mint Popsicle

1 cup Coconut Water

10 oz Bag of Frozen Organic Strawberries

1 Handful of Chocolate Mint or any Mint

1 tsp of Maple Syrup

Blend well, pour into bpa free Popsicle mold, freeze then enjoy!

Dr. Christy’s Coconut mint Refresher Popsicle

1 Handful Mint

2 Lemons, juiced!

1 cup Coconut Water

1 tsp Maple Syrup (or natural sweetener of choice)

1 cup Ice

Blend well, pour into bpa free Popsicle mold, freeze then enjoy!

Strawberry Watermelon Maple Mint Popsicle

1 cup Maple Water (or Coconut Water)

1/2 cup Frozen Organic Strawberries

1/2 cup of Watermelon (or Watermelon Water)

A bit of Mint

1 tsp of Maple Syrup

Blend well, pour into bpa free Popsicle mold, freeze then enjoy!

Dr. Christy’s Strawberry Basil Lime-Aid Popsicle

1 cup Frozen strawberries

2 Limes – juiced

Handful of Basil

Mineral Water to desired consistency

ADD: 1 tsp of Maple Syrup for a sweeter treat

Blend well, pour into bpa free Popsicle mold, freeze then enjoy!
